Overview
The driver card delivers precisely regulated current to the laser's pump diodes. It receives current setpoints from the laser control card and drives up to eight channels independently — up to 50 A per channel at 120 V compliance, with less than 1% current ripple. A water-cooled cold-plate interface keeps it running in continuous industrial duty.

Key features
Constant-current regulation
Up to 50 A per channel with <1% ripple and 50 µs rise/fall time for consistent laser output.
Multi-channel
Up to eight independent output channels on a single card, with 120 V compliance for long diode strings.
Control card integration
Receives current setpoints from the ORG_LCB_0530 laser control card over RS-422 / RS-485, from a single 24 VDC supply.
Thermal design
Interface for a water-cooled cold plate, for continuous-duty industrial operation.
Built-in protection
Overcurrent and over-temperature protection, plus transient and reverse-polarity protection on the diode outputs.
